Glad to Trust Them… To Keep My Equipment Operating Well
Bill was here and I was so glad I made the appointment with AC Cool first. I had 2 other appointments lined up, but was happily able to cancel them. My H/VAC is from Carrier. The company that installed it did not provide good customer service.
Bill adjusted the vent slats to the rooms so that the rooms would have broader air coverage. He also showed me how to operate the thermostat, which I was operating, but not really understanding how to set it. All in all, I was very satisfied with this company and will be glad to trust them to come on a regular schedule to keep my equipment operating well. : )
